iCal subscription for use in Outlook, on-line iCal calenders
Copy/paste steps to get a url to be all one line
In a nutshell: The subscription link will not work if the entire subscription url is not put in correctly. Some users have found that if they paste directly from the Call-Scheduler application, only part of the url is put into the subscription area for Outlook
Google's Calenders is an example of an on-line Calender that can also make use of the new iCal feature for Call Scheduler. Please use the instructions supplied by Google to subscribe.

Step 5- Paste the resulting url into the Outlook subscription area:
Copy the subscription-link and paste into the appropriate location on your existing calendar you have on your local computer (Outlook, iCal, Mozzila Sunbird, ). It may look similar to the image to the left.
Step 6 - In your Calendar application, click "Enter" or "Subscribe" to subscribe to the iCal link. Your Calendar application (such as Outlook) also has it's own setup area as to how often to synch your subscription so your calendar will fetch the latest information. This will tell your local Calendar application how often to seek updated information from Call-Scheduler and refresh your local Outlook Calendar.
Please refer to the Help information supplied with your Calendaring application if you need help with this.
