Founder and Medical Director
Patrick Zook, M.D. has been a practicing family physician in St. Cloud, MN for the past 31 years at the St. Cloud Medical Group - a primary care, independent multi-specialty group with 55 physicians. His medical degree and residency training were at Creighton University in Omaha, NE. Previously, Dr, Zook was a Director for St. Cloud Hospital, the Minnesota Medical Association (MMA), and the immediate past president of Minnesota Academy of Family Physicians. Currently, Dr. Zook is on the Board of Trustees for the MMA, the Board of Directors for the Stearns-Benton County Medical Society, and the Legislative Committee of the MMA. |

Justin Wampach graduated with a BS from St. Cloud State University. He has leadership experience as the Campus Information System Director at St. Cloud State University and the Director of Digital Media with EDTECH. Justin was the Co-founder and President of Digital Green, a company he helped build from $0 to $7M in sales with over 100 employees in two states. He serves on the United Way of Central Minnesota Board of Directors, Kids Against Hunger Board of Directors and MN HIMSS Board of Directors. Justin is also an active member in St. Cloud Rotary Club.

Vice President Training and Support
Amy Engebretson graduated with a BS in Bio-Medical Science, a BS in Medical Technology and a minor in Aviation from St. Cloud State University. She is a certified Medical Technician with four years of medical lab experience. Amy has an AA in Commercial Art and Graphic Arts from St. Cloud Tech College and was self employed for five years as a marketing designer. She has ten years of project management, marketing, and design/layout for print and web projects. Amy is an Adjunct Professor at St. Cloud Tech College. She has been with Adjuvant since 2001 and was the interim Director for 2 years, in addition to Product Management, Customer Service, Training and Support.

Business Advisor
Marty Moran graduated with a MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a BS from the University of Michigan. He is the founder of Clear Path, LLC, a management consulting firm that helps entrepreneurs and business owners with planning, transition, and management services. Marty has owned various manufacturing businesses and franchises. He has a general management background and a wide range of experience with Surebridge, Valspar, Anderson Consulting’s Strategy Group, and McMaster-Carr Supply Company. Marty serves as a Director for Endurable Building Products, the Anderson Center, the Morgan Family Foundation, and on the advisory board for Marco Business Products and UpNorth Baskets. |

Chris R. Kudrna has an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago and a BA, magna cum laude, in Economics from Macalester College. He has also been a college instructor and has served on the board of a start-up expert systems computer company. Chris is an Emerging Companies Forum program coordinator for the Anderson Center. Chris also serves on the Boards of St. Cloud Windows, a custom manufacturer of commercial windows and KEEPRS, a high quality supplier of uniforms and equipment to law enforcement and other agencies. He is also the board chair for the Sustainable Farming Association of Minnesota and Treasurer for Renewing The Countryside.
Prior to starting his own consulting business in 1994, Chris led a variety of line and staff organizations at American Express Financial Advisors (formerly IDS Financial Services and now called Ameriprise) from 1981 through 1994. In 1987 he became a Vice President and joined the board for IDS Life, American Express Financial Advisors' largest and most profitable subsidiary. In addition to his thirteen years at American Express Financial Advisors, Chris has worked for a large manufacturer in Milwaukee and a wholesaler of financial services to banks in Boston.

Business Advisor
Joanne Kudrna graduated with an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BA in Business from Carthage College in WI. She is a consultant with Venture Allies in St. Cloud, MN, working with clients in the areas of strategy development and implementation, industry and competitive analysis, and effective leadership.
Prior to her consulting work, Joanne spent eight years working for Honeywell's Residential Division. She has experience as a project manager, business analyst, and market development manager. She has also worked extensively as a leader and fundraiser in non-profit organizations, and currently serves on the board of the Saint Cloud Friends of the Library.
