For each day of the week select a Day Type designation using the pick list to its right. The default setting ensures that the Scheduling Assistant schedules a different Provider everyday. Weekend days are Weekend 1 and 2. Noxious days are almost always individual days like Friday or Monday. Regular Days are non-weekend, non-noxious days of the week. Each Day needs a differing Day Type designation in order to avoid scheduling a Provider two or more days in a row.

To have Scheduling Assistant schedule the same Provider for more than one day in a row, use the Scheduling Assistant Rule-Makers to create rules as needed.
