Provider List under the first icon at the top. Once you have entered all the basic information for your group's scheduling system, here you enter information about each Provider. Call Scheduler may offer more features than your group needs, but in general, try to fill in as much information as you can in order to take advantage of either future capabilities or capabilities that you may wish to migrate toward using at some future date.

To Add a Provider to the provider List, Click on Add at the top of the window, then follow the instructions of the next screen and click on Save to finalize the addition or Cancel if you change your mind. Alert: If you find the newly added provider doesn't appear in your calender as expected, go to the Provider Filter in any Month View, check his/her name, and hit "Apply".

To Delete a Provider, click on Delete at the top of the screen, then follow the instructions of the next screen. For something temporary (even several months) like a medical leave or sabbatical, use the Days Off scheduler described elsewhere.


Alert: If you Delete a Provider from the Provider list, he/she will be deleted from the system... including any history he/she had. If the person has left the practice, or is no longer taking call, and you need to preserve history, simply go to the Provider properties and uncheck jobs as needed. If no jobs are checked, he/she will be considered unavailable for any work.

To Edit a Provider's data, click on the Edit box to the far left in their row of the list. Make any editions you desire in the next screen, then click Save to finalize, or Cancel if you change your mind
