This screen provides you with a quick snapshot of all the scheduling data for a single Provider. You can add, delete or edit any item starting from this screen. To speed up the program, some of the windows have data that is not completely shown on screen. Click the Edit box of these windows to see all the data they contain.

Directions!

Click the Edit box of any window of data for the Provider indicated at the top of the screen to change or add any information you desire. Follow the directions of the next screen and Save your editions. This returns you to this Edit Provider screen. 

Click on the Back Button at the top right of this screen to return to the Provider Screen.
