The following starred items must be completed to add a new provider: * Priority just means position on the list. Priority 1 means first (top entry) on the list. Priority 2 means second from the top of the list, etc. When finished, be sure to check the Provider list to be sure that you did not give the same priority to more than one Provider. * Display Name is the abbreviation you wish to use to represent the Provider in shorthand format in schedules and reports. We suggest using the convention of a 3-letter abbreviation using the first, middle and last name initials as in John W. Smith = JWS. This standardizes schedule formats and improves readability. * User Names and Passwords are case sensitive. Be sure to give each Provider a User Name and Password that is easy to remember, and write them down for future reference. Give these out to the appropriate providers to enable them to go to your group's Whiteboard messaging system for reading schedules and reports and submitting schedule change and days off requests. While each Provider may view schedules and reports and can submit schedule change requests, they will not be able to change anything in the program. Only you as master scheduler can make program changes. Enter the Email address for the Provider (optional). When the scheduler approves or denies a request sent by this Provider via the Provider Request area, this is the Email address Call Scheduler will use to send the response. * The Provider's Name can be entered as you would like to see it displayed in the calender footer area. Middle initials are not required. Telephone numbers can be entered at the bottom of the form (optional). Choose a number from the "Select One" dropdowns, then enter the appropriate information. Numbers entered will appear on all whiteboards and calendars, and will print when the calendar is printed. If you do not want the phone numbers displayed, do not enter information in this area. [top]
