When you Add a Provider, after you enter the demographic information, Call Scheduler leads you through several screens and prompts you to fill in all the other necessary Provider data for your scheduling. If you add recurring days off here, they will be added as individual pre-scheduled days for 5 years in advance of the current month. Each date can be individually edited as needed from the DayOff calenders.

Add a Recurring Day Off to a Provider's Recurring Days Off List (top window) by picking selections in each of the three properties data boxes in the Add Recurring Day Off window (second from top), then click on Save. This will add the Recurring Days Off through out the years as a group of individual units -- the same day off always for the next five years.
Delete a Recurring Day Off from the Provider's Recurring Days Off List by clicking on Delete in the top window, then follow the directions of the next window. This will delete the Recurring Day Off as a unit from all years everywhere. It will leave untouched any manual entries or adjustments you made via the DayOff calenders.
When you have completed an addition or deletion, click on Back at the bottom left to go back to the previous screen, or Next to go on to the next data screen for the new Provider.
