To remove a Provider from being a candidate for Work Jobs at a particular Facility, click on the open checkbox to the left of the Facility then click Save. You can check one, none or several. If you have only a single Facility, you do not need to use this feature. After you have Saved your Restrictions, click Back at the bottom left to return to the previous screen, or Next to proceed to the next data screen for this Provider.
