Choose which Call Jobs (top window) and which Work Jobs (second window from top) the Provider can work, and enter the % load for each Job. Per cent load (%) means what per cent of full load the Provider is to be scheduled for a Job. If a Provider takes a full load for a Job, enter 100%. If a Provider works half time, enter 50% Load, etc. The Jobs that appear are from the Job List you should have already created. If you don't see any Jobs, go back and create your Job Lists before entering data for this screen.

To select either Call or Work Jobs that this Provider can work, click the checkboxes to the left of the appropriate Jobs in the lists. Enter a % Load for each Job for this Provider. When you have made all your selections, click Save at the bottom. Click Back to return to the previous screen or Next to proceed to the next data screen for this Provider.
