Click the open checkbox next to any scheduler you wish to delete from the Scheduler List. Click it again to de-select it. After making a selection, Click on the Delete box at the top to finalize the deletion or Cancel if you change your mind.

If you Delete anyone from the list, they immediately lose their access. To reinstate them, you will need to create a new username and password for them.
