Manual Scheduling: Available - Unavailable List

| You can view a list of available and unavailable providers via either Manual Month View, or the Manual Year View. Providers are listed as Available only if the job is in the Provider's List to do, if he/she is not already doing a Job that day, and if he/she is not on a DayOff type (vacation, meeting, day off call, etc.)
Directions! Assign a Provider to a calendar day by clicking on the date number in the upper left corner of the appropriate date box.
After you make your selection, the window closes, the calendar refreshes. Repeat the process until all your scheduling is done. Remove any of the pop-up screens by clicking on the red "x" in the upper right corner. To schedule a different Provider for a previously scheduled date, just repeat the scheduling procedure in item #1 above, but choose the newer Provider for the appropriate Job, then click on Schedule. You do not have to Unschedule the original Provider first.
