This report shows the counts of each of the Day Off Types for each of the Providers for the time period chosen with totals shown across the bottom row, and down the last column to the far right. It also displays any Notes that you might want to appear with the report.

Directions!

Select different Start and End Dates if necessary, then type in any desired note that you want to appear in a printed report, then click on "Next" to produce the Day Off Tally Box of the next screen. This report shows the counts of each of the Day Off Types for each of the Providers for the time period chosen with totals shown across the bottom row, and down the last column to the far right.

To create a different report, go to the bottom of the Day Off Tally Box, change the Start and End Dates or create a different Note if necessary for a different time period, then click on "Update" to view the new report.
