There are a variety of layouts available to choose from, all of which have the filtering feature on them for you to use. The Complete and Jobs Only White Boards are the ones most commonly used.

Other views available are:

• Provider vs Days

If you find you need a layout that is not currently supplied, please feel free to contact us to discuss custom programming.

Click on Filters as needed to temporarily "hide" data to be better able to visualize your calender. You can filter by Providers or Jobs. You can also Highlight providers rather than "hide" them if you wish.

Directions!

Click on the image of any layout you would like to view, and a new window will open containing that view. Notes appear in the data-grid as "pages". "Open" notes are displayed below the calender grid, above the legend. "Closed" notes display as a page-icon only. To read them, the viewer needs to be on-line, then simply click on the page-icon.

Days vs Jobs: opens with the current month and year's schedule with Days down the left, Jobs across the top, all scheduled Providers displayed in the center. A legend at the bottom explains the abbreviations for Jobs and Providers. Change to a different month via the dropdown menu at the top.

Jobs vs Days: opens with the current month and year's schedule with Jobs down the left, Days across the top, and all scheduled Providers displayed in the center.

Provider vs Days: opens with the current month and year's schedule with Providers down the left, Days across the top, and all scheduled Jobs displayed in the center..
