This section under the last program icon at the top of the screen is dedicated to handling of Provider scheduling requests. As call scheduler, you preside over scheduling changes and Provider requests for days off. Here you receive and act on the schedule change requests or time off requests sent directly to you by your Providers within the system. Each Provider has a unique ID and password to use Call Scheduler. They can view reports, assignment schedules and days off. They can also create and submit requests for schedule swaps or days off. They can review all of their Pending, Approved and Declined Requests. As soon as you approve their swap or vacation requests, the appropriate changes are made to the schedule and Days Off of Call Scheduler and the Provider initiating the request is notified of the approval. You no longer have to manually make the changes to the schedule yourself. Also, the correct new schedule is immediately available online to all your Providers and Scheduling Targets.
. Directions! Select the appropriate type of requests to view from the selection box at the upper right. The default setting is the Pending Requests list which shows up first. Click on "Update" to act on a Pending Request in the next screen or attach a scheduler's comment to it.
