Providers can click on the White Board icon and choose between Jobs Only White Board or Complete White Board depending upon your preference. 

Jobs Only White Board shows only the scheduled assignments of your call group, and is intended for viewing by those medical people outside your call group. This includes any medical-related institution that needs to know about and whom you wish to inform of your call group's assignment schedule. Examples include hospitals, consulting clinics, referring physicians, urgent care centers, nursing homes and others. 

Complete White Board is intended for viewing by your call group's Providers. Here they can see not only scheduling data, but also who has a day off on any given day and for what reason. This address is only available to Providers who have been given clearance with proper ID's and passwords. Providers cannot change any data using Whiteboard, but with it's information in view, you can submit schedule change or days off requests directly to the call scheduler.

Jobs Only White Board opens with the current month and year's schedule with all scheduled Job assignments displayed in calendar format. A legend at the bottom explains the abbreviations for Jobs and Providers. Change to a different month by clicking on it among the others at the upper left. Change to another year by clicking either the back or forward arrow next to the currently displayed year shown at the upper right. Click on the Day View/Notes icon in the upper right corner of any date box to view Notes.

.Complete White Board works just like Jobs Only White Board except that it also displays Provider days off and for what reason. Job assignments are on top in each date box while days off are underneath. All Providers in your group can see Complete White board from within Call Scheduler and use it as a guide to help pick a colleague to swap an assignment with.
