Please remember: We support Palm OS version 3.0 or above. The Call-Scheduler Palm application takes 2k of space and runs on Windows 98, ME, 2000 professional, NT, and Windows XP. We do NOT support Vista. We do NOT support Microsoft Pocket PC, or Apple MacIntosh, or Treo 700w with this feature. We have an iCal feature that may meet your needs. We have a feature that creates PDFs of the calender for HandHelds. This useful for many people, including those unable to use the Palm sync feature. If you are having problems, please try the following solutions before completing the trouble-ticket. Click on the yes/no radio buttons as applicable.
Click on "home". Does the Call-Scheduler application show up?

Click on another application. Does it work?
Is there a HotSync icon flashing in the lower right corner of your desktop tray?
Click on "Start" > "Programs". Is the Palm Desktop listed in the applications?
Does your cradle require power? If so, is it plugged into the wall?
Does you cradle "feed" from the computer for power? If so, is it plugged into the computer serial port?
When you click "Hot Sync", does the Call Scheduler application interface display on your computer?
When you click on the interface "settings" tab, are the username;password and server fields filled?
