(replaces Autoscheduler)

Filtering
|
Filtering Features:
(Filter by Provider, Job, and Day-Off Type)
You now have the ability to view and print only the jobs and/or providers you wish to see.
Here's how:
- Click on the name of the filter you wish to use.
- Choose which items you wish to view from the pop-up menu and click "Apply". (use the select/deselect feature as needed)
- The "filters on" notation appears under the filter(s) in use, so if you print the calender, you will know which filter(s) were engaged.
- To stop filtering, click on the name of the filter again, use select/deselect as needed, and click "Apply".
Filters are available ONLY in Manual Month View, Manual Complete, and Manual Day-Off Month. View.

Highlighting

Highlighting Providers:
Highlight any two providers on your schedule in the month view!
This feature is particularly powerful when used in conjuction with the filters if you have lots of jobs/providers you are sorting through.
Here's How:
- Click on "Highlight" (located above the "Days Off" filter button.
- Choose providers from the dropdown menus in the pop-up window, and click apply.
- The calender will refresh and the providers will be highlighted.
- To stop highlighting, click on "Highlight" again, choose "Reset" and "Apply"
Highlighting is available ONLY in Manual Month View, Manual Complete, and Manual Day-Off Month.

Provider Request Area
|
Provider Request Upgrades:
- Email notification is sent to both the scheduler and provider when a request is submitted or updated.
- The Complete Whiteboard link is available when making or updating a request to help schedulers and providers make better requests.
- The Pending Requests are now archived together on one page until the scheduler acts upon them, then they are filed under "approved" or "disapproved" requests.
